Mathieu Goyette (he)

Mathieu Goyette is a professor in the Department of Sexology at UQAM and an associate professor in the Department of Community Health Sciences at the Université de Sherbrooke. He is also a regular researcher at the University Institute on Addictions, the Charles Le Moyne Research Institute, and a member of the RISQ team. His research activities focus on sexuality in relation to the use of psychoactive substances. One of the specificities of his research program is the use of technology to improve the understanding of the relationship between these factors and to develop interventions for people who choose to use substances. A psychologist by training, he places great importance in his projects on collaboration and knowledge transfer with the people concerned and those who work with them.
